Bey einer unrichtigen Bezeichnung leidet die Ausführung in beyden Fällen gleich viel.

This kind of accompaniment, which is indicated via t. s., tasto, or tasto solo, where the bass notes are played only in unison in the left hand, is in certain passages just as necessary as the unison accompaniment treated in the previous chapter. When not indicated properly, the performance suffers in both cases equally.
