| §. 4. Sie werden jeder durch ein besonderes Zeichen in Clavier-Sachen sehr wohl angedeutet. Ausser diesen werden sie insgesammt bald durch ein tr. bald durch ein einfaches Kreuz bezeichnet; man darf also eben so gar sehr nicht um ihren Sitz besorgt seyn, weil ihre bekannte Zeichen fast überall darbey geschrieben zu werden pflegen. | §4. Each type of trill is specifically notated by a particular symbol in keyboard pieces. In non-keyboard scores, they are all marked by a tr or a simple cross [+]. Thus, one does not need to worry much about the placement of trills because their familiar symbols tend to be notated almost everywhere. |
