| §. 11. Diese Gänge werden am bequemsten dreystimmig accompagnirt, wenn die Zeitmaaße hurtig ist. Man hat alsdenn nur eine gute Lage; bey der zweyten werden aus den Quarten Quinten. Die Sexte muß also beständig oben liegen; auch beym vierstimmigen Accompagnement ist dieses die sangbarste und sicherste Lage. | §11. These passages are most comfortably accompanied in three voices if the tempo is quick. In this case there is only one good position; in the other position the [parallel] fourths turn into fifths. Thus the sixth must always be on top; this is also the most singable and safest position in four-voice accompaniment. |
