| §. 12. Wenn die Accorde im getheilten Accompagnement vorkommen, so ist entweder eine Zierlichkeit oder Nothwendigkeit daran Schuld. So viel einem Accompagnisten hievon zu wissen nöthig ist, wird an seinem Orte in deutlichen Exempeln vorkommen. Das getheilte Accompagnement ist, wenn die linke Hand auch etwas von Ziffern nimmt, ohne daß der Satz vollstimmiger wird. Die Harmonie wird dadurch zerstreut und folglich oft schöner; die Auflösung der Dissonanzen macht dieses zuweilen nothwendig. | §12. If the ordinary chords occur in divided accompaniment, then either subtleness or necessity is the reason for it. What an accompanist must know in this regard will be shown through clear examples at the proper time. Divided accompaniment is when the left hand also takes some of the figures, but without making the texture fuller [i.e.,without adding any voices]. Through it the harmony is spread out [i.e.,in open position] and thus often more beautiful; the resolution of dissonances often makes this necessary. |
