Chapter 18. On the 9/6 chord

§. 3. Alle drey Intervalle, woraus unser Accord bestehet, kommen groß und klein dabey vor, wie wir aus folgenden Exempeln sehen. Die Lage, wobey die None in unserm Accorde oben lieget, ist überhaupt die beste. Die drey letzten Exempel (a) klingen auch in dieser besten Lage etwas widrig. Die Verbesserungen sind gleich daneben gesetzet.	§3. All three intervals which make up our chord can be major or minor, as we can see in the following examples. The position where the ninth of our chord is on top is generally the best. The three last examples at (a) sound somewhat unpleasant in this best position; their improvement is shown immediately afterwards.
