Wenn alsdenn das gehörige Accompagnement blos auf die dem innerlichen Werthe nach lange Noten fällt: so ist der Durchgang regulär (transitus regularis). If the right-hand accompaniment only occurs on metrically accented bass notes, then it is a regular passing tone (transitus regularis).
Generally this is defined by saying that the passing tones are unaccented, rather than that the accompaniment is accented.
