| §. 69. Einzelne durchgehende Noten werden nicht angedeutet; wenn aber viele hintereinander vorkommen, so setzt man einen Querstrich darüber, welcher so weit reicht, als die rechte Hand ruhen soll. Sie kommen bey allerley Zeitmaaße und Tactarten in allerhand Figuren vor. Bisweilen geht die Hälfte von den Noten durch (a); zuweilen weniger als die Hälfte (b); manchmal gehen bey geschwindem Zeitmaaße, und wenn die Noten kurz sind, die allermeisten durch (c): | §69. Single passing notes are not indicated; but when many occur consecutively one writes a horizontal line that lasts as long as the right hand should hold. Passing tones occur in all tempi and time signatures in all types of rhythmic values. At times half of the value passes through (a); occasionally less than half (b); sometimes the vast majority of the notes are passing if the tempo is fast and the notes are short (c): |
