Weil hier keine Vorbereitung wegen der Unbeweglichkeit des Basses möglich ist: so wird dieser Mangel durch diese Unbeweglichkeit ersetzet. | §61. All dissonances may enter unprepared over a static bass pedal point. Since no preparation is possible due to the lack of motion of the bass, this stasis thus substitutes for the lack of preparation. |
