Ein Intervall, welches man ohne Vorbereitung, d. i. ohne daß es in dem vorigen Griffe schon da ist, anschlagen, verdoppeln, und in der Folge damit herauf oder hinunter gehen oder springen kann, heißt konsonirend.ⓘ | §52. An interval is consonantⓘ if one can play it without preparation (that is, without it being already present in the previous chord), if one can double it, and if one can subsequently ascend or descend by step or leap. |
