§. 35. Man lasse es sich nicht befremden, wenn einige über die Noten zuweilen Been und Striche durch die Ziffern, statt des viereckigten Be, setzen. Die verschiedene Bedeutung dieses Be Quadrats, welches bald erniedriget bald erhöhet, kann an dergleichen Zerstreuung Schuld haben. Z. E.	§35. One should not be disconcerted when some people occasionally place flats and strokes through the figures over the notes, instead of a natural sign. The various meanings of this natural sign, in one moment lowering and the next raising, are the reason for this inconsistency. For example:
