§26. Regarding intervals’ specific size, one realizes them according to the key signature, such that, without further indication, the intervals take the accidentals indicated in the key signature. For example, if the key signature contains an F♯, then the sixth over A is no longer F, but F♯, even though merely a 6 is written over the A.
